What I build

The “can Shopify actually do this?” stuff.

Custom themes. Custom apps. Complex features. And the bugs nobody seems to figure out.

Themes & storefronts

Custom themes, new sections, and complete store rebuilds. Made to work beautifully on every screen.

Apps & integrations

Custom apps, connected systems, and automation that takes repetitive work off your plate.

Configurators & bundles

Personalisation, product builders, and bundle logic for the way you actually sell.

Checkout & Shopify Plus

Checkout customisation and Shopify Functions for the rules your business needs.

Product pages & carts

Clearer buying journeys, thoughtful upsells, and fewer reasons to abandon the cart.

Testing, speed & fixes

A/B tests, faster storefronts, and getting to the bottom of the bugs that keep coming back.

How I think

I know what your AI agent doesn’t.

What to question. Where the shortcut gets expensive. What needs testing before it goes live. Good development starts before the code.

Is this solving the right problem?

Years of CRO and A/B testing mean I think beyond the brief. Does this make buying easier? Where are customers getting stuck? Is this the feature your store actually needs?

What else does this change affect?

Your apps, discounts, markets, and custom code all interact. I look at how the pieces fit together before changing one of them.

Will it work outside the preview?

A feature needs to hold up on mobile, with real products, different variants, and the rest of your store. That’s what needs testing before it goes live.
